On his way to achieving one hundred million dollars in real estate transactions this year, Logan has been dealing with anxiety, with piled up stress closing in on him in all directions. This week, he realized that knowing himself, being vulnerable and facing the anxiety head on is the best way to deal with it. FEAR is simply false emotions appearing real.
When you are being too strict on yourself you tend to stress on those little aspects of life. The anxiety is difficult to spot at the moment and can pile up and drive you in a corner.
In this episode, Logan talks about using Tony Robbins' triad as a model on dealing with piled up stress. To move from one state to a better state, you have to change 1 of 3 things: your focus, your language, and your physiology.
But before you can do that, you have to be vulnerable enough to accept your inner thoughts and anxiety. Be honest with yourself and face your anxiety head-on. Only then will you have the ability to address the stress.
