Not-so-good weeks always happen. This episode is no different and you can feel it in the air. Jerome takes the lead once again and helps Logan break down what went wrong this past week. A scheduling roadblock caused missed calls and deals to fall through. They come up with solutions with the delegation funnel, automation resources, and some team communication. But perhaps the most important part is where Logan learned that he was the bottleneck!
Leaders Eat Last
In this episode, we put a twist to “staying hungry.” Logan is fresh off a canceled trip to Mexico but that did not stop the Compression train from rolling, even while the conductor is on a staycation. He shares his usual wins from investor relations, his 4-headed acquisition approach and accomplishing 97% on the week’s habit tracker. Of course there is an equation to achieve all of this, which Logan calls The C3 Equation.

Like the quarterback he is, Logan breaks down his plays and radiates confidence that we will get the touchdown. Because we all know, the points that matter are all scored in the last quarter.

Something’s been bugging Logan. Fortunately, it isn’t anything severe but likely a mild case of family daycare fever. But it is nonetheless a gut punch to this week’s progress. But that didn’t stop the Compression from getting it done! We are closer to the $100M goal for this year. With $78.5 MILLION to date, there is only so much left to reach the finish line. Everyone feels it is doable and spirits are high, as they should be! All maybe except for Logan, who is down with a health problem. Despite that, being the man that he is, he shows up for this episode anyway!
